Simple Trick for Rocking Your Fan Page

Simple Trick for Rocking Your Fan Page

Recently I wrote a post for Design Sponge’s Biz Ladies section called Big Brand Strategy, Small Brand Savvy which detailed 4 interesting things big brands are doing that helps them improve their customer’s experience and in turn drives traffic and sales.

Are you nurturing your fans on your Facebook fan page by responding to each and every comment and question you receive? It doesn’t matter if you have 1 or 1000 fans, if you have the time to post new updates and share product photos, you definitely need to spend the time giving your fans attention.

The next time you receive a “wow, love your new line” comment, simply take a moment to say “thanks”. That fan may not be buying right now but the next time they’re in the need of a product like yours, they’ll remember you for not only your great products, but your winning customer service too.

I respond to everything, it’d be nice to see an increase in activity though.

    Hi Justine,

It’s a small thing but saying thanks and… including the person’s name makes a difference :)
