What we loved about it!

Plan for the Sale broke down the big, scary task of selling a business into digestible modules that cover everything from appraising your business (it’s worth MUCH more than you think!) to preparing the legal documents to marketing the actual sale.  The guys explained all of the legal and tax aspects of the sale as well.  But what we really loved was its module on negotiating the deal structure because like most people, we’re a bit timid when it comes to making business deals (especially where thousands of dollars are concerned).
