The responses have been so positive that we’re doing it again! We’re calling all entrepreneurs for the November Shop Critique.
In case you missed October’s critique of Gema Lopez’s Etsy shop, you’ll want to pop over and see how we helped her tweak her shop just a little to eliminate her customers’ obstacles to buy.
In our review this month, we’re going to be looking at whether your site fulfills its main purpose (and your goal), check out its ease for your customers, dish out some killer tips on turning more lookers into buyers, and hopefully boost your excitement about your business.
So please comment below with a link to your website or shop! We’ll be picking one lucky person to critique on November 1st.
P.S. We’ve got some SUPER exciting news coming soon about our new e-course that focuses on ways to increase your sales conversions and get your shop ready for the holidays.

I would love a shop critique!
Hoping I get some help for my shop. I have people looking just not buying 8(. I have been open for almost 2 years and only sold 3 items. Thank you for your consideration.
Have a Fabulous day!

Thanks for entering! Did you see our critique last month on an Etsy shop? I think the tips we gave on photography to Gema would also help you a lot. 🙂
I would love to win a shop critique!
Here is a little blurb about what our shop is about:
Ubbu features handcrafted pedants and wine charms made from game pieces. The pendants are light and versatile, they can be worn as a pendant, attached to a zipper or used as a wine charm – the possibilites are endless.
I would love a critque of my shop.
Oh boy could I sure use a shop critique!
Please consider my shop!
I’m just starting and a critique of my shop would be a great help.
Hi Megan!
These critiques are so helpful and instructive – sometimes it’s just so difficult to be objective about your own work (‘can’t see the woods for the trees’ and all that!). I’m constantly looking to make improvements in my shop site, and would be so grateful for the opportunity of a critique. I love what I do, but sometimes get overwhelmed with the choices. I would love some help to keep me on the right track.
Thanks!
Joanne
I sure could use some help. I recently started up my own website-and I’m floundering. I don’t know what to do to increase traffic, and to convert those who look into buyers. Since I do well at craft shows, I belive there is a niche for my sea glass jewelry.
I could use some tips and inspiration!
Hi. I’d love some help with my shop. Your review of Gema’s shop was so helpful, I’ve already got some tips from that. But I could do with all the help I can get! Laura
I love the way Etsy helps the people who use Etsy.
I think it is good to know that they are not just about themselves.
It seem to me( a newbie here), that there is a great camaraderie on the site, and every effort to help others is very evident from the moment I chose Etsy to open a shop with.
However after having said that, I am eager to win a critique, as I really need to succeed as a shop owner and creator.
I think Etsy want people to enjoy what they do and meeting people here and sharing so much is just part of what looks like a big family of like minded people offering others help to succeed together in what they all like to do.
I started my shop at the beginnig of this year and so far I have not seen the traction and sales I was hoping for. I don’t what I am doing wrong or not enough of.
I do love the fact that I get to see and buy from other like minded people, but would love to justify the expenditure with some sale numbers that are positive. It will make it all worthwhile.
Any help would be welcomed.

I would definitely look at this shop for inspiration: https://www.etsy.com/listing/73649186/romantic-greeting-card-i-love-you.
You can work on the white balance of your photos to really make them pop. And then I would add some life and excitement into your descriptions! People love to send cards so you just need to show them why they should love to send YOUR cards.
Thanks Magan
I will put those into play and see the difference it makes…
I started a business by accident, and have very little idea about etsy shop effectiveness and efficiency. I am much older than most etsy shop sellers 🙂 and am fumbling my way thru the social media avenues.
I would welcome some real great advice.
Thanks friends!
Lynne
Loved the in-depth advice given on the last critiques! A few years back I expanded my graphic design boutique into an inspirational clothing & accessory line but have been searching for ways to grow. I would love to have your expertise on gaining visibility for my shop and learning methods (SEO tips, shop layout, etc.) for attracting the right audience and converting into sales. Also, what improvements could I make to create a lifestyle brand that goes beyond just products and makes people come back to join a movement & be inspired?
Thanks for your consideration and for the inspiration at Create Hype!
